Store Checkout template for the "order-pay" page

The "store checkout" option should be able to apply also to the "order-pay page" This link describes exactly what is required: https://www.checkoutwc.com/documentation/how-to-enable-order-pay-support/ Currently the order-pay is not affected, so there is a discontinuity between checkouts. This option would unify the checkout experience across the whole store.
